And i loved it.

Source: asos

The weather has been awesome with rain and chilly nights. Pardon me for sounding so melancholic, but i love rain and wind (as long as it doesn't bring floods)! Time to pull out some awesome layering, tights, leather bottoms (which would be very, very uncomfortable on normal Singaporean-hot days), leggings and my combat boots which i haven't worn since i came back from Korea in March!

Modest lengths, capes, ponchos, and pleather bottoms are so in right now. So get your hands on some if you can! (P.S: I'm currently waiting for a knitted poncho to arrive in my mailbox!)
So have fun and play with layers! It is totally possible to do layering in Singapore!

A good dose of fabulous street style shots make my day. A little bit of colour this time round too. I have to try incorporating a bit of colour into my wardrobe (i love heather grey, black, white and nude shades way too much).

If you're wondering if Singapore has any streetstyle blogs, i know of two here and here. Singapore needs to have more! But i think we don't exactly enjoy having people snapping us out of the blue when we're walking or something. I happened to be shopping one day and this girl started snapping in my direction...and i started walking really quickly.

I was so pleased when it started pouring so heavily at about 1am this morning (i sound psychotic) but it's the end of the year and my definitions of end-of-years must be complete with chilly weather and downpour. Bring on the layering, jackets, tights, high socks, boots and beanies baby! But as i speak, it is blazing hot outside. The weather needs to stop being so fickle!

These over diamonds.

I used to be a bracelets/bangles person, then i moved on to rings (i'm talking 2-3 rings on each hand...which is actually kinda normal) and now i'm quite into necklaces(though i don't own that many). I'm not talking about those cliche looking heart-shaped locket pendant things...i'm talking about these babies:

Where, where, can i find necklaces like these? (without having to spend hundreds that is...)

Visual vomit.

Random flood of inspirational images from all over. Would love to dress like these ladies, modest hemlines are so in right now. Even better if they've got a litte pop of surprise like a peek of skin here or a bit of sheerness there. That being said, the dress Ruby Aldridge has on in the first picture is perfect...the huge sleeves, the floaty sheer material...insane.I'm a bit crazy over the 2nd dress as well, the colour, the cut-outs...love it.

...

Anyways, this style-blog is part of my report for my New Media studies module. Enjoy the stuff i post and thank you for dropping by! Do leave a comment if you can! xoxo
