Random flood of inspirational images from all over. Would love to dress like these ladies, modest hemlines are so in right now. Even better if they've got a litte pop of surprise like a peek of skin here or a bit of sheerness there. That being said, the dress Ruby Aldridge has on in the first picture is perfect...the huge sleeves, the floaty sheer material...insane.I'm a bit crazy over the 2nd dress as well, the colour, the cut-outs...love it.

ReplyDeletenice simple blog. all the best for your new media.!
loving the sheer, not exactly a fan of long skirts/dresses. way to warm for humid singapore! and it restricts my movement hee hee.

HI. I love the... the..blog name! What does it mean. lolol.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, as sien said, singapore so hot, how to dress stylishly! I want to wear like 2 layers also cannot. (I think 2 layers is the most stylish for guys like a vest and a shirt or something. Then again, I won't consider myself very stylish. HA)

@sien: Yeah it's getting a bit hot these days, that's why flowy ones are what i need!
ReplyDelete@fad: I know! I am so in love with the one that reveals the sides of your torso!
@Alan: I'm guessing you didn't watch/read Alice in Wonderland, it's like a super famous line. AND THOSE ARE EXCUSES MY FRIEND, it's still possible to dress stylishly with a few sacrifices and modifications here and there.
well given i sweat like a dog just wearing a t shirt i highly doubt I'll be wearing 2 layers any time soon until global warming causes singapore to have winter.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely loving third and first picture. We all know your obsession with heather grey, floaty sheer things, nude colourless colours and jersey maxis!! I will not give up wearing gorgeous layers and maxis even if it means smudging make-up and armpit sweat patches. HAHAHA.
ReplyDeleteTABITCH
Like the third and last picture a lot! Nice. The outfits are very you. :) Looks a bit warm to wear in Singapore nowadays with our crazy HOT weather. Nonetheless, there are air-conditioned shopping malls for pretty layers on us!

@Alan: Well, true true. Winter will never come even if it's global warming, it'll just get hotter.
ReplyDelete@tabitch: I know...layering is everything! And we love maxis way to much. Hahahha and yes, my love for H.grey is still growing. I have to stop buying things in H.Grey tho. It's scary seeing how much H.Grey stuff i own.
@pek: Hahaha i know! Primary reason why i chose to put them up! Seriously, weather doesn't justify not wearing layers for me, that's what thin material-ed clothings are for! For you to layer!
2nd dress! Freak awsm cutout + color! too bad most singaporeans are too short to really carry them off like the westerners ;(
